Vancouver Island is abundant in tall forest canopies to bathe in. Whenever I need de-stress I head to the forest or ocean.

Located near Maple Mountain in northern Cowichan is where you will find this bike trail. I hike a lot of bike trails to get exercise and inspiration for new paintings.
